MARSWORTH STEAM AND CLASSIC VEHICLE RALLY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Entry entitles a single exhibit, one driver/operator and UP TO one co-driver/passenger admission subject to pre-booking and payment where required. Additional passengers will be charged normal admission rates on the day.

Car clubs/groups are politely asked to state the group they wish to be located with. Adjacent spaces cannot be guaranteed, although MSRCIC will make reasonable endeavours to group entries together. Group entries are advised to arrange to meet locally and arrive at the venue at the same time.

Souvenir plaques will be available after 4.00pm on the day to exhibitors that have submitted their application before 1st May. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SOUVENIR PLAQUE.

Refunds for any charges made will be at the discretion of the committee and subject to reasonable administration costs. No liability is accepted by the organisers for any costs, loss of income or damages etc. on the part of any participants as the result of an event cancellation.

Conditions of Entry; I, the entrant/participant, accept that:

There will be NO movement of my vehicle on site during the show opening times (11am to 5pm) unless escorted by an official rally marshal.
I agree to have my exhibit in position by 10.30am on the day and will not leave the rally site until 4.30pm.
I agree to operate my exhibit during the event and comply with the instructions of the stewards including adherence to the site speed limit of 5mph.
I agree that in the event of a dispute, MSRCIC’s decision is final.
During the event my exhibit will have a valid MOT certificate (if applicable) and will be covered by the minimum insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act 1988, whether my exhibit is used on the public highway or not. Insurance must also cover liability to members of the public, the exhibit, the driver and the use of the vehicle including on rally fields on the day of the event, also the entrant warrants that his/her exhibit driver holds a current driving licence of the appropriate class and will produce such document if required.
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC – except by prior written agreement.
Neither MSRCIC nor the site owners accept any responsibility for accidents, injuries, damage or other actions arising outside their control which may result in claims.
EXHIBITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SELL GOODS OR SERVICES without prior written agreement by MSRCIC.
MSRCIC reserve the right to amend these conditions via its website – marsworthsteamrally.co.uk without notice.
MSRCIC cannot be held responsible for additional restrictions imposed by the site owners.
MSRCIC reserves the right to evict any participant, his/her employees, associates or person in any other way associated with the participant and their property without prior warning or notice should in MSRCIC’s opinion, the conduct of that person be in breach of these regulations or in any way prejudicial to the success or reputation of Marsworth Steam and Classic Vehicle Rally.
MSRCIC will use its best endeavours to ensure that this Rally happens as planned but in the event of cancellation for any reason or by deliberate decision of MSRCIC the organisers will make reasonable attempts, but cannot guarantee to inform all participants of the cancellation Any refunds will be at the discretion of MSRCIC and less a reasonable administration fee. No liability is accepted by the organisers for any costs, loss of income etc. on the part of any participants as the result of cancellation.
No warranty as to the success of any Rally event can be given by MSRCIC, in particular no warranty is given with regard to the quality, number or type of attractions, advertising, trade stands, caterers, exhibits, or visitors.

The entrant warrants agreement to the above conditions of entry, and confirms that their exhibit and the driver thereof is so covered by the minimum insurance requirements and that the driver holds a current driving licence of the appropriate class and would produce such documentation if required.
